1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the tgt999 website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services accessible via https://tgt999.app.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the tgt999 platform.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Funds" refers to any balance held in a Player's tgt999 account, including deposits, winnings, and bonus credits where applicable.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback, or other incentive awarded by tgt999 to a Player's account.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole transactional currency on the tgt999 platform.

References to "including" or "includes" are not to be read as limiting the generality of any preceding words. Clause headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on the tgt999 platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. tgt999 enforces a strict 21+ policy and will take all reasonable steps to prevent access by minors.

2.2 Verification. tgt999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during your registration or thereafter. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held.

2.3 Residency. The tgt999 platform is designed for use by players located in Bangladesh. You represent and warrant that your use of the platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing online gaming services is lawful in your location.

2.4 Prohibited Persons. The following categories of individual are expressly prohibited from registering or maintaining an account on tgt999: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have previously been self-excluded or permanently excluded from the platform; (c) employees, contractors, or immediate family members of tgt999 or its affiliated game providers; (d) persons acting on behalf of another individual for the purpose of circumventing these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Single Account Rule. Each Player may hold only one registered account on tgt999 at any given time. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. tgt999 employs technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where multi-accounting is confirmed, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any funds held therein may be confiscated.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. tgt999 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted on the platform using your credentials shall be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify tgt999 support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Account Closure. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting tgt999 support. tgt999 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or where required to do so in the interests of responsible gaming.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. tgt999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Bangladeshi mobile financial services and payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking, and such other payment methods as tgt999 may introduce from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.2 Deposit Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published on the tgt999 deposit page and are subject to change without prior notice. Players are encouraged to review the current limits before initiating a transaction. tgt999 is not responsible for delays caused by the third-party payment processor.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are available only to verified account holders. A Player must have completed the identity verification process before submitting a withdrawal request. tgt999 targets a processing time of under 30 minutes for verified accounts, though this is not guaranteed and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond tgt999's reasonable control.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions on Bonus Funds. Bonus credits and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying the applicable Wagering Requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. tgt999 operates in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering standards. We reserve the right to delay, refuse, or report any transaction that appears suspicious or inconsistent with a Player's account history. Players may be required to provide documentary evidence of the source of funds for large or unusual transactions.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses offered by tgt999 are subject to specific promotional terms published at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion, all bonus amounts must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any withdrawal is permitted. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each bonus will be stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered. Bets placed on games excluded from a promotion will not contribute to meeting the Wagering Requirement.

5.3 Abuse of Promotions. tgt999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus where it believes, in its reasonable discretion, that the bonus has been claimed or used in a manner contrary to the spirit of the promotion. This includes, but is not limited to: opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses; using low-risk betting strategies designed solely to extract bonus value; and coordinated play between multiple accounts.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses not activated within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. tgt999 accepts no liability for bonuses that expire due to a Player's inaction.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Provider Rules. Games offered on the tgt999 platform are provided by third-party studios including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Each game is governed by that provider's individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

6.2 Random Number Generation. All slot and random-outcome games use certified random number generators (RNG). Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term return and are not a guarantee of any individual session outcome. tgt999 does not modify game configurations to alter the certified RTP.

6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, tgt999 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the staked amount to the Player's account. This constitutes tgt999's entire liability in respect of a technical malfunction.

6.4 Sports Betting and Cricket. Sports betting markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, are governed by tgt999's sportsbook rules. Odds are subject to change. Bets accepted prior to an odds change will be honoured at the price at which they were confirmed. tgt999 reserves the right to void any wager placed on a market that has been incorrectly priced due to a manifest error.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 Commitment. tgt999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for a minority of users and we actively provide tools to help players manage their activity.

7.2 Available Tools. Registered players may access the following responsible gaming features through their account settings: (a) deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly); (b) session time reminders; (c) temporary cooling-off periods; and (d) permanent self-exclusion. tgt999 encourages all players to make use of these tools proactively.

7.3 Self-Exclusion. A Player who elects to self-exclude agrees that tgt999 will close their account and that they will not attempt to open a new account during the exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected].

7.4 Age Compliance. tgt999 maintains a strict 21+ policy. Players must be 21 years or older to register and play. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the payment source.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Players are expressly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the tgt999 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or otherwise unauthorised payment instruments to fund an account.
• Engaging in any activity that could be construed as money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Reverse engineering, copying, or otherwise reproducing any part of the tgt999 platform without express written authorisation.
• Posting or transmitting any content via tgt999's communication channels that is defamatory, abusive, harassing, or unlawful.
• Circumventing responsible gaming tools, including attempting to open a new account during a self-exclusion period.

tgt999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of this clause, to confiscate funds associated with prohibited conduct, and to report such conduct to relevant authorities where legally required.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the tgt999 platform — including but not limited to graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, and audio-visual materials — is either owned by tgt999 or licensed to tgt999 by its content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any other use of platform content without the prior written consent of tgt999 is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

tgt999 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. tgt999 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tgt999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if tgt999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.2 tgt999's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 tgt999 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment processor downtime, natural disasters, or acts of government.

12. Amendments to These Terms

tgt999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via the email address registered to their account and/or by a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of contract and consumer protection law. In the event of a dispute arising between a Player and tgt999, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through tgt999's internal complaints procedure by contacting [email protected] with a full written description of the complaint. tgt999 targets an initial response within 48 hours and a final resolution within 14 business days for standard complaints.

14. Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and tgt999 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
